Discuss with different business leaders and find the requirements for the solution and its priorities.

Help program managers, when needed, to evolve their existing solutions.

Minimum experience of 3 years leading teams.

At least 2 years of experience designing enterprise architectures, including integrating databases, SaaS, APIs, authentication & authorization, and similar technologies.

Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to engage comfortably with people from all levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

High proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (preferred), Trello, Asana, or similar

Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders by providing regular status updates and reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication.

5+ Years of experience in a similar role within the tech space

Experience working with multiple teams and balancing multiple priorities within the SaaS space

Have experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels cross functionally (Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Experience)

We need experience with Device management and firmware management. Basically, someone who has worked with firmware releases, Upgrades.

5 + years program management experience, including consistent application of agile project management and change management methodologies and tools.

Strong experience with risk management/mitigation of large, complex initiatives

Powerful, concise and effective communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and external parties

Role: Senior Technical Program Management

Experience leading Scrum of Scrums, and other agile ceremonies.

Experience in oversight and management of complex, cross-functional initiatives

Experience with project management and productivity tools (e.g., Atlassian JIRA)

Own program management within the Technology organization and develop plans for optimizing our approach to program management within Technology

Continuously improve quarterly planning, ongoing project planning, and prioritization with leaders from Technology and Product Management

5+ years of program management partnering with Technology and Product leadership,

Can work remotely or in any of our Applied Systems offices.
