10+ years of experience in program management in the semiconductors, photonics, with system level experience

Required / Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities include:

Experience in optical sub-assembly development

Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex projects on-time and on-budget.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

1 year of experience prospecting sales, generating sales leads and executing sales in the high-technology, telecommunications, or software industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Field inbound calls and/or leads.

Generate sales revenue by negotiating deals and selling products to customers.
