Provides technical expertise on Durham/York Energy Centre operations through participation on the Operations Sub-Committee and oversees reporting responsibilities to management 
Minimum five (5) years related waste management experience, and a minimum of two (2) years of direct supervisory experience. 
Thorough knowledge of waste management industry and related practices and policies.
Must have a thorough understanding of best practices in the waste management industry and related practices and policies.
Assumes functions of the Manager in that person’s absence, as directed.
Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations, guidelines, procedures, standards and legislation.
