Ensure new vendor set up accuracy along with yearly management of HHA, COI, LOG, third party audit certificates.
Deliver cost savings or cost avoidance with skillful utilization of market and industry knowledge.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Manage vendor relationships at a high level and ensure growth and profitability within each category segment.
Ensure proper inventory levels and set direction and guidance for product specification and aging requirements.
Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
