Minimum two years electrical design experience involving the design and release for electrified chassis related components.

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program.

Detailed understanding of controller or electrical component development timelines.

Manage outsourced development in electronic components, electrical assemblies, and software

Draft electrical wiring diagrams and schematics, supporting the demonstration of compliance for certification

9+ years of experience in the aerospace, automotive, or rail industry, in electrical & electronic systems design, integration, and testing

Act as a technical leader, lead the development of the integration management plan

Act as a project manager, coordinate activities between the different actors, schedule the work

Over 3 years of experience in railway systems integration

Proficient knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.

Experience in full project lifecycle and V-cycle

Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Experience working in highly matrixed environment including solid stakeholder management and communication skills.

Excellent communications skills, both oral and written. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
