1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.

Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating and equipment/supply standards and in a safe and timely manner.

Perform turn-key work as required to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, specifically Fair Housing regulations, building codes and environmental laws and regulations.

Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.

Self-managed by objective with minimum supervision

Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills

Jointly participate with content enrichment consultants on the information to define extraction rules that can be codified into the ETL solution

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

Participates in training activities to develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills relevant to the position

Identify new customers through effective pipelining, pre-qualification, and territory analysis/management

Exhibit thorough knowledge of the local cyber insurance marketplace and trends, Coalition’s capabilities within the geography, and corporate vision

Knowledge and experience with technical issues, compliance, coverage, products and pricing strategies

Work closely with sales and product staff to assess cyber products and capabilities

2+ years of multi-line underwriting experience within the Technology E&O/Cyber segment and be able to work independently within underwriting authority

Knowledgeable background in risk analysis (especially in technology and cyber insurance)
