Surface Operator Supervisor Jobs

1-3 years related experience preferably in the Aerospace Manufacturing sector

Post secondary education in a related trade

Acting as Technical Lead, Project Manager or Project Director to guide key projects and mentor other staff

A degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, data science/ analytics or similar with industry experience

A fundamental understanding of relevant guidelines and methodologies relevant to your skills (e.g., ARR 2019 methodologies and techniques)

Applied experience supporting infrastructure design through the application of various hydrologic and hydraulic packages

Proven experience as Finish Grind operator preferred

Implement and manage all surface construction operations.

Meet environmental requirements and demands and assist in work related to obtaining permits.

Develop a thorough understanding of the project requirements as they relate to scope, cost, and schedule.

10 to 15 years of experience in heavy construction or mining infrastructure projects.

7+ years as a project manager leading surface construction in the resource industry.

Expert-level organizational skills and ability to multi-task, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritize and solve problems.

Coordinate with Ex Dev Management on addressing vendor gaps, quality issues, scheduling or changes in scope.

Oversee the quality control of incoming assets and manage the feedback and approvals.

Experience working with external service providers.

3 or more years of AAA game experience.

Align with game team partners on high-level vision and high-level direction.

Lead and educate external art teams on visual quality, technical specifications, process and workflows.
