Demonstrated medication administration skills as outlined in the LPN Scope of Practice.

Demonstrated skill in CPR techniques.

One year's LPN experience necessary, preferably two years in an acute care, hospice, LTC or home health setting.

Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program.

Must have a current North Carolina LPN license.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience working in a role that focuses on supporting adults experiencing elder abuse.

Minimum of two years of community care coordination experience is preferred.

Assisting to develop awareness and understanding of issues affecting older adults at risk including elder abuse and the resources available

Sharing information with partners including WRPS following Home and Community Care Support Services policies and legislation

Performing other duties as assigned.

The ability to work independently in a highly organized manner is required.

Responsible for financial management in the home; regularly completes and submits program payroll and ledger

Assists with waitlist management, admissions, discharges, and transfers of resident

Maintains program personnel files and ensures staff requirements are complete and up to date

Ensures staff in-service and continuing education programs are provided as necessary

Supervises and evaluates performance and skills of all professional and no professional care employees

Implements documentation as per licensing requirements
