Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification - Basic Life Support (BCLS) level.

Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practice related to designated modality.

Demonstrated knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and standards of care, including practice of safe work procedures with modality equipment.

Demonstrated knowledge of current MRI theory and practices within a client/family centred model of care.

Demonstrated knowledge and practice of safe work procedures with medical imaging equipment.

Demonstrated knowledge of research process and methodology.

5+ years of experience working in a brokerage environment with expertise in supervision

Business judgment - demonstrated ability to link business imperatives and regulatory requirements; business creativity and problem-solving mindset

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superior attention to detail; ability to exercise strong judgment in gray areas

Conducting supervision of account activity and the opening and approving of new accounts for securities and options

Managing and advising on the processes and vendors used to conduct and maintain evidence of supervision

Supporting with other assignments and projects as required

Manage a caseload of anti money laundering (AML) registered businesses to deliver business targets/Key Performance Indicators.

Can write to evidential standard and possess a strong written and verbal skill set.

Good judgement, problem-solving & decision-making skills.

Can demonstrate sound interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills and thrive working as part of a team as well as working autonomously.

Undertake interventions to AML registered businesses primarily through face-to-face but also occasionally through desk-based interventions depending on the identified risks.

Closing cases in a timely manner ensuring consideration of appropriate outcomes supported by robust evidential conclusions.

Monitors and documents conformance with quality, performance, safety and code requirements.

5 years or more of relevant experience;

Experience in the execution of construction sites.

8 years of relevant experience;

Written and oral communication skills (French and English);

Supervision and Administration of construction projects;

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Work effectively in highly stressful environments

Work independently with limited supervision

Make decisions in emergency situations and establish priorities

Physically able to carry out the duties of the position

Operate related equipment, including a computer

Facilitate group activities, icebreakers, and team-building exercises to enhance the participants' experience.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to enforce them appropriately.
