Summer Program Support Worker Jobs

Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and decision making skills.

Knowledge of and experience in working with individuals involved within the Forensic Mental Health System and the Criminal Justice System;

A minimum of two years of related experience with people with mental health issues.

University or College education in human services, other related disciplines, or high school diploma and related training.

Demonstrated skills and competence to establish supportive, trusting relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

●Managing the enrollment of all campers

●Working closely with prospective families to educate them about Camp Ramah in Canada Programs

●Representing Camp Ramah at camp fairs and community events

Strong time management and multitasking skills

Superior customer service skills (minimum of 1-year customer service experience preferred)

Assist project/program managers with daily project administration

Some experience in an administrative setting is an asset

Previous work or volunteer experience working in a community base setting is an asset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Inform the Program Coordinator/Program Manager of any problems or issues in a timely manner

2+ years of post-secondary education

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an organization working/volunteering on social and/or environmental issues

Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use MS Office

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
