Summer Camp Supervisor Jobs in British Columbia

Pedalheads camp managers are responsible for managing all activities at their respective camps

Administration/Employee Relations - Schedule and manage camp supervisors, instructors, and volunteers and record/enter payroll hours.

Experience managing, coaching, or supervising youths

Meet new friends and work on a fun team

Work outdoors (you can wear sunglasses and comfy attire!)

Inspire kids to believe in themselves. There is no feeling like it!

Staff supervision and mentorship experience as well as ability to manage conflict resolution and progressive discipline

Experience building staff schedules and ability to complete bi-weekly payroll and oversee departmental budget

Experience in program development and implementation of children’s programs

Experience with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding staff

Operating in a dynamic and fast paced work environment

Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel comfortably
