Recent PhD graduate in Electrical Engineering degree with relevant experience from design, layout and testing

High-Frequency test experience in a lab environment

Design mmWave analog transceiver functional blocks such as PA, LNA, Mixers, filters, oscillators

Responsible for top level design, coordinating and final assembly of all the various blocks

Responsible for interacting with silicon vendors as required

Good understanding of ASIC design methodology from specification to implementation in SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS technologies

BS degree and 8+ years experience is required. MS or PhD preferred in the area of RFIC and/or PA design.

Experience in design, analysis and implementation of high efficiency, wideband linear PAs, LNAs and RF switches.

Solid Oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently or within a team and deliver according to product requirements and schedule.

Comprehensive knowledge of RF and wireless front-end components, systems and various transceiver architectures.

Experienced in RF test equipment and measurements.

3 to 5 years of structural design experience; comprehensive knowledge of structure design codes is considered an asset.

Drafting experience is considered an asset.

Experience with storage platform design or inspection is considered an asset.

Experience in dealing with building permit is considered an asset.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to take initiative.

Proven troubleshooting skills, detailed knowledge of agricultural machinery is considered a very strong asset

Plan and manage projects, and prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications for machinery and systems.

Manage the production of prototype parts and assemblies.

1-3 years mechanical design experience in mobile/off road equipment

BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering(or equivalent experience)

10+ years of proven architectural and RTL design experience on large ASIC development projects

Experience with memory subsystem design(compression, cache design, memory virtualization, tiling, arbitration, qos techniques etc.)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Micro-architecture definition and design documentation

Drive design implementation and closure(including timing, cdc, linting, power etc)

Maintains direct contact with project supervision, quality assurance and facility management as required

Understands all aspects of a project budget and liaises with facility and project management regarding all costs associated with the projects

Minimum of 4 years' working experience in TSSA pressure boundary registration requirements
