Updating all Subcontract Management registers (Change Orders, Extensions of Time, Subcontract status and key requirements, Subcontractor Payments etc.)
Ensure compliance with Alliance Management Plans and guidelines, Subcontract and Prime Contract requirements, the Construction Act and at law.
5+years’ experience in Senior Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Contracts Management
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Drafting and implementation of Management Plans, Processes and Procedures.
Ensure strong strategic and proactive management of downstream Subcontracts including, but not limited to:
Construction Subcontract And Contract Specialist

· Solid experience dealing with change management control.
· Accredited degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Business Law
· 7 years of contract management, subcontract administration
· Developing and implementing, in close coordination with the Contract Manager, contract
· Strong working knowledge of Contract or Construction Law
· Demonstrated strong and leadership skills with ability and desire to develop, mentor, and coach employees
