Addressing common objections and highlighting how CloudFix stands apart from other solutions

Consistently achieving the objective of setting up high-quality meetings with decision-makers in target organizations

3+ years of progressive Project management experience

Proven experience with effective client management

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross functional teams

Lead and manage software solution implementation projects

Provide updates and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of highest quality software solution and customer service

Identify and manage change and risks during project delivery

Establishes clear remote operations center metrics and objectives, tracks performance against goals, and informs senior management of results

Lead the build out of the physical space and technology requirements for the remote operations center.

Support the development of change management activities to support implementation efforts

10+ years of experience in technical/business/ roles with strong services, manufacturing experience & IT knowledge

Ideally a combination of the following background: services, sales, project management, strategic planning and customer service

Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
