7+ years analytical and/or business operations work experience

Experience with relevant analytical tools such as Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, RetailLink, SAP, or JDA would be considered an asset

3+ years of relevant work experience in a Finance function or similar

Hands-on experience in analytics or management consulting

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA)

Facilitate collaborative requirements sessions with large and diverse groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

Experience in managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder process improvement initiatives

High credibility with senior management teams, business lines and other functional area management teams.

Over 5 years of strategy experience required (internal or external consulting)

Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize several concurrent projects.

Excellent visionary, planning and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills that facilitate a positive and effective team environment at all levels of the organization.
