Strategic General Manager Manufacturing Jobs

Proven experience in a senior management role within the plastics manufacturing industry or a similar manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively and promote the culture of the company.

Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes, quality control, and industry regulations.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· 10+ years of proven management experience with a preference to experience in industrial manufacturing or mining

· Senior management oversight for all departments

· Management Reporting as required by the President and other stakeholders

· Degree in Management, Accounting or Engineering preferred

· Demonstrated leadership skills and experience

· Manage strategic inventory and purchasing initiatives to maximize company efficiencies
