Ensure drivers enter delivery times into the delivery management system

Manage various tracking parameters in the delivery management module

Automotive aftermarket parts and supply background and/or knowledge

Previous dispatching experience is desired

Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, including providing guidance, support, and coaching to staff.

Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders including clients, staff, funders, and community partners.

Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results

College diploma or other degree in business administration, or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of the automotive OR heavy vehicle aftermarket industry (asset)

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
