Previous experience leading “teacher education” and experience with technology-enhanced teaching practices preferred

Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with additional studies related to STEM education; PhD preferred

Nine or more years of experience teaching in outcomes-based, post-secondary credit courses; Senior level secondary school experience would be considered

High knowledge level in all aspects of the teaching and learning process

Advanced research, analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills

Experience with mammalian cell culture, performance testing, and working with a quality management system (QMS)

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience of documentation, writing reports, and writing SOPs

Perform QC tests for specialized media products in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements, including data analysis and report preparation

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Previous experience in cell culture, aseptic techniques, working in biosafety cabinets, and familiarity with ISO and GMP regulations is an asset

Develop QC testing procedures, including revising and writing SOPs
