Operations Management : Streamline operational processes and workflows within the startup to maximize efficiency.

2-4 years experience in a startup environment, ideally with a focus on marketing and operations.

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

●1 year related job experience minimum

●Knowledge of the startup scene and related networks in the Toronto area is an asset.

●Booking and scheduling events and appointments

●Tracking expenses, inputting invoices and executing payments

●Managing office contractors / vendors

●Ordering supplies, materials and equipment

Able to work full time in our office space in downtown Vancouver, Canada; option for one day working remote

entrepreneur or intrapreneur, and/or individual with proven business experience

Effectively coach and mentor all assigned ventures through a Lean startup framework during a two year incubation period
