Overview The Staff Brand Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of a company or organization. This includes developing logos, designing websites, creating marketing materials, and developing brand guidelines. The Staff Brand Designer must have a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. They must also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the brand is consistent across all platforms. Detailed Job Description The Staff Brand Designer is responsible for creating and maintaining the visual identity of a company or organization. The Staff Brand Designer must have a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout. They must also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the brand is consistent across all platforms. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining the company’s social media presence, including creating content and engaging with followers. Job Skills Required• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
• Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• At least 3 years of professional design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout
• Knowledge of web design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
