Stadium Operations Manager Jobs

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with operating and maintaining equipment with small engines

Execute Field of Play (FOP) painting, maintenance and paint removal to ensure field appears vivid and continuously maintained

Execute and coordinate seasonal staff on Field of Play setup and conversions between sports

Ability to communicate effectively, including strong verbal communication skills

Field and Grounds Maintenance Cross Training and Responsibilities:

Consistent physical labour to participate in and execute the setup of game day components

Assist with event scheduling needs and the establishment of work activities

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, food and beverage, security, operations & AV when needed

Assist with Field of Play set up and conversions between sports, including painting, maintenance and paint removal

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high energy fast-paced environment, while skillfully blending efforts and requirements of multiple personnel

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience in building maintenance, janitorial service, stadium operations

Strong communication skills, strong event/entertainment background

General maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of Nat Bailey Stadium
