Cultivate and manage an active online community on Facebook and Instagram, addressing comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally

$51000 - $58000 depending on experience

Formulate and implement a comprehensive social media strategy encompassing all major platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more

Generate engaging and visually captivating content for diverse social media platforms, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video production

Maintain a dynamic customer ambassador program, identifying and collaborating with amazing customers to enhance brand visibility

Analyze, track, and report social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to drive growth and engagement

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in social media, marketing, communications, or public relations preferred, or relevant experience.

Deep understanding of social media platforms and up-to-date knowledge of industry and platform trends (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

Experience with social media reporting tools.
