Spend And Procurement Analyst Jobs

Preference to Certified Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent or nearing completion/certification

Source goods and services for assigned spend areas; RFP and contract management and negotiate supply contracts.

Manage vendor performance versus commercially agreed terms including KPIs, price, service and value-add incorporating FSMA and GFSI mandates.

Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure.

7-10 years experience in procurement, sourcing and purchasing analytics in a manufacturing environment

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience

Provide support to bid and proposal activities (development and execution of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, manage quoting activity)

Support internal customer requirements through Expeditor Text, status meetings and proactive communication

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

High level of organizational skills and detail orientation

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

Provide strategic procurement advice including the interpretation and explanation of procurement practice standards, policies, and procedures to senior level management.

3-5 years progressive experience in procurement processes and including strong knowledge of contract administration related to claims, including amendments.

Experience dealing with procurement and contracts with government or regulated industry

Experience using Dynamics GP preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Develop trust and business partnerships with the vendor community.

Reporting to the Project Manager – OA Project, you will:

• Create, maintain and manage outline agreements across multiple categories within RTP.

• Ensure all outline agreements within scope, are reviewed and under managed status.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; pivot tables, V-look up, formulas etc.

• Strong SAP navigation and data capture skills
