Specialist Corporate Reporting Jobs in British Columbia

-Must have knowledge of Fusion Cloud experience Data Model

-Must have 2+ yrs of hands on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience

-Translate functional and non-functional requirements into actionable operational insights

-Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify reporting requirements

-Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, analytics, and insights

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Design, implement, manage and modify compliance requirements and controls as needed

Prepare management, board, and stakeholder reporting as needed and required

Manage the financial reporting of subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Lead, manage, coach, and guide the accounting team with a commitment to high-performance and professional development

A CPA / CA with a foundation from public practice coupled with resource industry experience

Ideally experienced with the specific needs of a gold-producing company

· Manage monthly financial reporting including supervising team members and implementing best practices in the reporting process.

· All other duties as requested from time to time by the Controller and VP Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, with some experience leading a team.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.

· Experience using Microsoft D365 and Workiva is an asset.

· Excellent oral and written English communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

3+ years of industry or firm experience (Big 4 preferred).

Residential real estate experience preferred.

Knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial reporting.

Knowledge of US GAAP accounting would be an asset

SOX experience would be an asset

Experience with consolidation and elimination entries preferred.
