Solutions Architect – Enterprise Asset Management Jobs

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the investment management, actuarial or insurance industries;

Previous experience in financial engineering and structuring of investment management solutions for institutional investors;

Effective time management and organizational skills;

Provide programming and quantitative expertise in an asset-only and asset/liability management context;

Acute interest for financial risk management and financial markets within an institutional context;

Streamline current processes and procedures to enhance general product support and management functions

Support product initiatives by preparing ad-hoc reports and assisting in related projects

Monitor team mailbox, respond to inquiries and report user statistics

Compile data for monthly reports and other regular reporting as required

Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide ongoing insights into KPIs, trends, and business drivers

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in architecture or solution driven position

Expert knowledge of enterprise grade workflow or compliance t platforms and their application to complex hybrid cloud and on premise solutions

Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture

Experience with Atlassian Cloud's ecosystem including tools like Access, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc.

Change management and solution rollout/adoption experience, ideally with an Atlassian product or similar

Customer discovery/interview skills with experience identifying and explaining themes from customer data

Collaborate with Atlassian Strategic Engagement Managers, Enterprise Technical Architects, and other internal and external Partner teams to support the client

10+ years of experience within SaaS companies

Experience with Atlassian's Cloud migration process, subscription / support tiers, associated migration utilities, and hybrid SaaS and on-premise deployment models

Strive for continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance general product support and management functions

Support product initiatives by preparing ad-hoc reports and assisting in related projects

Assist the team with market intelligence

Monitor team mailbox, respond to inquiries and report user statistics

Compile data for monthly reports and other regular reporting as required
