Solar panel installer (Solar PV Systems)

Malahat, BC / Shawnigan Lake, BC / Victoria, BC

CA$28.00 – CA$30.00 per hour

Determine layout and installation procedures

Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations

Create and send Employment offers and Contractor Agreements

Update Hiring manager where applicant is in the process

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Communicate any issues or concerns to manager

1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred

Experience with ADP Workforce Now

CEM certification is a plus.

10+ years' engineering design experience in Solar PV, Concentrated solar and Energy storage (heat and chemical storage technologies).

Preferred Solar PV experience including plant design, installation and commissioning, system interconnection, codes, and standards.

Green Hydrogen, Fuel cells, and Wind energy experience is a plus.

Examine technical studies to align with This Company project proposal procedures, including equipment reliability, condition assessment, obsolescence, and standard compliance.

Work with multidisciplinary internal and external organizations to provide technical guidance and recommendations on design details and construction documents as necessary.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support to enhance your knowledge and sales skills.

Proven experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the renewable energy sector.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to introduce them to our solar energy products and services.

Drive to various locations in Calgary, Alberta, to reach a diverse customer base.

Provide accurate and concise explanations of solar energy concepts, including financial incentives, installation processes, and environmental impact.
