Site Supervisor And Dispatcher Jobs

Specialized knowledge, experience, and current tickets for operation of equipment, such as skid steer, wheeled loader and forklift

Previous experience in landscape maintenance and snow removal preferred

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team effectively

Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members

Perform regular landscape maintenance and snow removal duties

Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns

Assist branch/operations manager in interviewing, hiring, and training of warehouse, yard and delivery personnel.

Required to have total knowledge of all activities/issues within the yard and warehouse (to the best of your ability)

On occasion create purchase orders for equipment repair in conjunction with branch/operations manager for the purposes of fleet/equipment maintenance.

Additional duties may be assigned by the Branch/Operations Manager.

Minimum three years warehouse supervisory experience preferably in the building supply industry

Excellent time management and computer skills

Control management of changes, budgets, and schedules

Minimum five (5) years of construction industry project management

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

MUST be able to perform handyman work when needed. Carpentry skills and use of tools would be is a mandatory requirement.
