Contribute to the LOMs plans by contributing to the 5-year plan as it relates to cost reduction and sustaining capital requirements.

Develop safe work procedures and provide technical/operational input into maintenance and operations procedures and systems.

As directed by the Site Service Superintendent, assist in the recruitment and personnel training for the site services department.

Manage resources and processes to achieve annual objectives. Strategize on 1 to 5-year improvement plan.

Manage contracts related to Site Services and Flight Operations.

Assist in the development of the department succession plan and conduct regular performance reviews with direct reports.

Formulate strategic and operational objectives while performing quality controls and monitoring KPIs.

Oversee annual activities including sealift re-supply, bulk fuel transport and seasonally operated treatment plants.

Analyze maintenance records to identify trends and risks.
