Simulator Maintenance Technician Jobs in Saskatchewan

Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities

Train technicians in basic skills

Run and evaluate Qualification Test Guide (QTG) results

2-year technical post-secondary education or equivalent related training

Minimum of 3 years direct simulator experience with at least 1 year relative simulator experience

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite

Highly experienced with vendor management in a 24/7 operation with a strong customer focus

Monitor daily temperature and humidity and report any problems or concerns to management

Provide a report to the management team noting any problems found

Logging all work completed in maintenance management software

Basic PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook.

Respond quickly and thoroughly to changes in client requirements and amendments in scope

1 year experience in property management maintenance performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician.

Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).

Complete assigned service requests and repairs consistent with company operating and equipment/supply standards and in a safe and timely manner.

Perform turn-key work as required to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, specifically Fair Housing regulations, building codes and environmental laws and regulations.

Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.

Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience in a maintenance related role

Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment

Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets; used for email, electronic work order applications, timesheets

Diagnosing and repairing basic to intermediate plumbing, heating and electrical problems

Performing repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures and carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile replacement
