Excellent time management skills with the ability to pivot and reprioritize as needed.

Extensive working knowledge of corsetry pattern making and detailed inner construction.

Strong knowledge of grading with understanding of adjusted proportions and style lines over broad range of sizes.

Knowledge of Curve/ plus-size pattern making is preferred but not required.

Able to effectively collaborate and communicate with both in-person and remote team members, utilizing tools such as Zoom and email.

With over 10 years of industry experience, specializing in pattern making and fitting, particularly within the Bridal and/or Eveningwear sectors.

Experience working in the automotive field
