Shipping And Receiving Shop Coordinator Jobs

Basic computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Prior experience accurately completing data entry into ERP (M1) system desired

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

Experience operating sit-down counterbalance forklift, reach equipment, walkie pallet truck and other forklifts. Previous experience working with oversize loads

Able to plan, organize and manage multiple projects with competing demands and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Utilize ERP system for inventory tracking and management, and procurement through purchase order creation

Forklift certification or willingness to become certified, must have forklift driving experience

Manage parts inventory and organization

Manage logistics and coordinate shipments

Manage the supply chain and inventory

Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred

·Prior experience in a similar position within the logistics or manufacturing industry.

·High school diploma or equivalent

Must possess time management skills

Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest ways of improvement to management

The responsibilities of this position include examining packages for any damage, confirming their contents
