ITSM Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to optimize and streamline service delivery.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

Extensive experience in AppEngine development and customization.

Participate in requirements gathering phase to provide time estimation to customers and collaborators.

Experience in Service Catalogue development.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Knowledge of JavaScript programming and basic scripting concepts.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach toward learning and growth.

Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Maintain overall industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.

2+ years focused & practical experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services and migration. Office 365 architecture and deployment experience is beneficial.

Provide 10+ years' experience as an IT Infrastructure Architect.

Position may require occasional work-related travel, based on accountabilities.

Delivery of Cloud Strategy aligned with ENB’s business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations.

Develop architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.

Responsible for internal artifacts and deliverables to ensure they meet solution requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an IT related discipline, OR minimum seven (7) years of equivalent/relevant job experience

Lead developer/ technical architect with 5+ years of experience both consulting and with ServiceNow

Experience with JavaScript, Angular, HTML/CSS & Jelly

Fundamental knowledge of Common Services Data Model (CSDM)

Experience with product line(s) on the ServiceNow platform (one or more of ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, SPM, &/or SecOps).

Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: JavaScript, ServiceNow and scripting required

Experience working with Web Services technologies such as RESTful and SOAP around APIs desired

Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity

ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable ServiceNow and JavaScript code

Develop on the ServiceNow platform including applications, database integration, interfaces, and / or new functionality enhancements

Strong knowledge of technical security and product management best practices.

Experience with database design and management (such as MySQL, Oracle).

Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring that they meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Strong experience in software development and architecture, with at least 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Experience with multiple programming languages and platforms (such as PHP, .NET, or Node.js).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

4+ years of related work experience in Security Risk Management

Contribute to the development and implementation of security and privacy risk management governance and insights

Vulnerability management and security incident handling

Understanding of cloud security technologies and architectures, including security controls, encryption, identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Design, prototype and implement technical controls considering regulatory and legal requirements to achieve full compliance
