Provides broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities

Perform daily oversight on complex processes, provide analysis, and customer service support for exception-based complex and/or highly specialized Operation’s processes

Experience in Client Relationship Management is essential for this role.

Third level qualification and/or 2 years level experience in financial services industry

Actively manage day to day relationship with the clients, escalating issues to their Manager when required.

Proactively identify gaps in internal key controls and work with wider TA manager/director group to close gaps.

Strong funds servicing operational knowledge, client servicing, process improvement and project delivery.

Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers.

5 years of experience collecting requirements

5 years of experience as a BA

2+ Years of experience working on payments, money transfers or e-transfer projects

3+ years on projects making changes to production systems

Sound understanding of ISO 200022

Strong project management skills & multi-tasker; ability to pivot from one issue to another.

Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

Working closely with internal business partners and outsourced vendors to support crisis management and escalation resolution.

Provides support to internal groups in escalation management and resolution.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
