3+ years experience in the installation, maintenance, testing, configuring and integration of CCTV systems and devices.

Camera naming and other image settings

Camera motion detection and other analytics

Alarm, audio and relay actions

Extensive experience with issues management. (identification, pre-emption, mitigation, resolution)

Experience in the development and implementation of project management processes, plans, and communication tools.

Knowledge of OPS Integrated Project Management Framework and Methodology

Demonstrated experience with implementing Telephony in a Contact centre environment, knowledge of future NG911 technical requirements such as encryption, security etc

Demonstrated experience identifying and acquiring a mix of skilled technical resources necessary to complete project assignments/deliverables, including clarifying roles and responsibilities

Hands on experience with AODA and knowledge of accessibility compliance principles as presented in WCAG 2.0, level AA

Knowledge and experience related to TRA (Threat, Risk, Assessment) process and prepare appropriate documents

10+ years of Business Analysis experience including running JAD sessions, UAT and gathering requirements

You may have knowledge and experience using configuration tools for 3rd party software.

Ensure all requirements are clearly documented and reviewed with all impacted stakeholders. This includes the creation of Use Case documents.

Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements and translate into clear requirements.
