Document procedures, provide training and support for to transition to the Data Quality Management & Operations team for production handover.

Liaise with business functions to translate business requirements into data specifications.

Research, source, and map data in support of Investment and operational analytic requirements.

Prepare reports and analysis at month and quarter end to communicate financial results to the Director, Strategic Finance and business leadership

Capture and monitor risks, as well as opportunities across the business in partnership with other finance and corporate functions

Support the Strategic Finance team with board and business review presentations

Maintain a process improvement mindset supporting the evolution of Strategic Finance

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance (CPA, MBA, or CFA would be an asset)

7+ years analytical and/or business operations work experience

Strong technical skills with SQL and Python/R

Build high level business and financial metrics

Understand how to build experiments

Be able to use data to build to inform decision making

Build and mentor a team over time

Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, summarize and interpret large amounts of data using advanced Excel skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Able to manage priorities and multi-task

Strong professional verbal, written and overall communication skills

Strong proficiency with MS Office skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint

Experience with relevant analytical tools such as Cognos, Tableau, PowerBI, RetailLink, SAP, or JDA would be considered an asset

Excellent organization and time management skills

Prepare communications and presentation materials as needed for senior leadership and executive management

3+ years of relevant work experience in a Finance function or similar

Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship management skills to articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders.

Hands-on experience in analytics or management consulting

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA)

Facilitate collaborative requirements sessions with large and diverse groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

Experience in managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder process improvement initiatives

Experience in high-growth SaaS, management consulting, or investment banking

2+ years of business analysis or related work experience, such as FP&A or Business Intelligence

Strong Excel skills - (VLookup, graphs, pivot tables)

Solid and detailed analytical abilities

Experience with Salesforce.com, Zuora, Tableau, and Periscope is a plus
