Senior Program Management Analyst Jobs in Quebec

We need experience with Device management and firmware management. Basically, someone who has worked with firmware releases, Upgrades.

5 + years program management experience, including consistent application of agile project management and change management methodologies and tools.

Strong experience with risk management/mitigation of large, complex initiatives

Powerful, concise and effective communication and presentation skills to all levels of management and external parties

Role: Senior Technical Program Management

Experience leading Scrum of Scrums, and other agile ceremonies.

You have strong project management experience, team leadership skills as well solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities;

Own the development and management of the strategies, schedules and budget of your project portfolio;

Present project schedules, business cases and updates at regular reviews with senior management;

Escalate to the appropriate level of management as needed;

You have at least five (5) years of relevant experience;

You possess superior communication skills (written & spoken) and the ability to influence at different levels of the organization;

You have strong knowledge of project management, PMP certification is an asset.

Lead critical PCRs through Change Management process,

Prepare and present governance for a variety of audiences and management levels.

You have relevant technical experience in aircraft manufacturing and knowledge of aircraft systems

You master the Microsoft Office suite and have a very strong aptitude in data management.

You must have a sense of organization; time management and you demonstrate autonomy.
