Partner management and communication skills in defining outcomes, communicating progress, and facilitating planning meetings

Proven understanding of digital enablement and identity management technologies and practices desirable

Drive the strategy, planning, prioritization decisions and delivery of key capabilities aligned to customer journey, including features

Maintain a firm understanding of business, customer, and end-user struggles, needs, and preferences in order to advocate for the ideal experience

Drive the strategy, planning and delivery of key capabilities aligned to the journey

Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management

Knowledge and experience with a variety of tools

Provide skilled and manual labour for a variety of tasks

3+ years of site servicing &/or handy-man equivalent experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with basic computer skills
