Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our homeowners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with on-site supervision of sub-trades and site labourers as may be required
  • Coordinate & complete "after sales service" repairs with required trades & suppliers
  • Provide skilled and manual labour for a variety of tasks
  • Preparation of homes for Occupancy Permit along with site supervisors and trades
  • Perform Tarion Pre Delivery Inspections with clients
  • Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management


Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of tools
  • Physically fit and able to perform tasks with ease
  • Valid driver's License
  • 3+ years of site servicing &/or handy-man equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills
