Prepare mechanical layouts: study level and detail drawings in line with project requirements

15 years relevant experience in Mechanical Layout and design drafting of Mineral Processing Plants within a large project, multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM environment.

Gold and Copper commodities experience.

Knowledge of industry or regulatory standards, regulations and codes relating to the design and systems for projects.

Demonstrated management and mentoring skills, inclusive of training and retention of people

Strong organisational management skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff

Ensuring all exploration disturbances are rehabilitated to regulatory requirements

Ensuring all environmental reporting requirements are met for all exploration activities

Minimum 7 years’ experience in exploration

Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional generative exploration

Collection, compilation, data management, and interpretation of geological information from exploration programs including diamond drilling, mapping, geophysics, and surface sampling.

In collaboration with the Exploration Manager, ensure technical coaching for professional development purposes and proactive mentorship of junior staff.

7- 10 years’ experience in mineral exploration, both field and diamond drilling programs

2-5 years of experience managing exploration teams and managing contractors

Solid knowledge of orogenic gold deposit models.

Experience developing geological models at both the deposit- and greenstone-belt scales.

Strong data management and analysis skills, including data manipulation skills using databases, geodatabases, and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R);

Experience with common forest management, and growth and yield software (e.g., TIPSY, VDYP, FVS, FPS);

Provide forestry business knowledge and technical analysis that offers cost effective, innovative, and meaningful solutions;

The ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, manage deadlines, and have exceptional organization skills;

Background setting up and managing IT infrastructure to support natural resource data management and analysis;

Familiarity with US and other international forest management approaches and analysis tools;
