Senior Military Vehicle Technician Jobs

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in a front line educational/training/career planning/employment preparation support role;

Previous experience working within a post-secondary environment or military family resource centre is an asset;

Experience planning and delivering events such as career fairs, networking fairs or speaker series activities;

Client service skills with an ability to build trust with military spouses and greater military community;

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to make public presentations;

Minimum of two (2) years' college diploma in Business, Business Administration, Office Administrative-Executive, Marketing or related field;

Experience with vehicle electronics diagnosis, repair and coding is essential.

Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically rectification methods on fully assembled vehicles.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.

Rectification of all vehicle components using the defined processes whilst ensuring customer expectations are achieved.

Determine root cause of problems and feedback causing factors to Process Supporter.

Identify causes of component failure and determine process owner.

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester Requirements

Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Cars

Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify vehicle Faults.

Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence

Basic Computer and technology knowledge is an advantage

Electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams

Motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment and wiring for proper performance

Combination of standing, sitting and walking

Knowledge of accounting/finance, cost control

Experience to work in 2-3 years

Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel (including VBA and Macro)), PowerPoint)

English communication (TOEIC score: above 600 or written and spoken skills to correspond to TOEIC score)

Provide consolidated profit and regional profit on project proposals

Validate profit and its factors on project proposals and find risk and opportunity
