Senior Material Manager Jobs

Oversee Quality Management System for Manufacturing operation. Ensure all products are manufactured to the required customer, industry, or in-house specifications

Minimum 5 years overseeing Quality Management program - Certified Internal Auditor preferred

Be able to effectively communicate with Senior Management, Internal and external customers

Ensure all safety requirements for the Production & Order Processing Department are met

Minimum 5 years in Cathodic Protection Industry or experience in related field

5+ years of manufacturing and distribution leadership / supervisory experience

Ensure that all customer queue’s and service levels are managed within specified timeframes.

Proven ability to manage manpower/workload in peak and emergency situations

Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, including written documentation, presentations and verbally in a professional, knowledgeable manner

Previous leadership experience is a must, Operational Leadership is an asset

Excellent customer service, problem solving, interpersonal and communications skills

Detailed working knowledge of customer service operations including tools and systems

Qualification & Year of Experience:

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledgeable about modelling/simulation software in supply chain, warehousing & logistics.

Knowledgeable about standard material handling equipment and loading/unloading facilities.

Effective interpersonal skills are essential.

Provide innovative solutions to the operational, planning and design issues of the intermodal transportation facilities.

5 to 10 years' experience in supply chain and inventory systems management

Experience within a construction or manufacturing environment

Exceptional communication skills - relationship building with vendors, and team members

The discussed salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience

Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered

Direct production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts
