5+ years of experience in technology, with 2 years+ managing tech professionals .

Microsoft 365 - Broad knowledge of the entire stack is required in this role.

Experience working with virtualized desktop environments, including VMWare.

Clear and above-par professional communication skills .

Effective communication, teamwork, time management, and organizational skillsets

Maintain estimates, forecasts, and progress reports to facilitate budgeting, cost management, and departmental administration initiatives

Develop protocols to operationalize & automate the management, maintenance, security and performance needs of a distributed hybrid cloud environment

Provide ACSIT leadership team with consultation regarding the technical requirements and specifications for facilities expansion projects

Oversee technical operations, providing guidance and investigative experience to ongoing operational incidents, performance concerns, or service outages

Create guidelines, procedures, and policies to manage ACSIT infrastructure and labs operations

Knowledge of best practices in Information Technology and management fields.

5+ years of experience at a management level.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

Must have strong leadership and people skills

Manages outside vendor relationships and contract workers.

Strategic and analytical thinking skills with an ability to solve problems and make decisions.

Leading enterprise-wide strategy and implementation engagements in the TMT industry with accountability for engagement delivery, client outcomes and risk management

University degree in business, management, operations, engineering, MBA or equivalent from an accredited university

Ability to cultivate relationships at management and executive levels, both internally and externally, including to drive business development initiatives

Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture

Leading end-to-end project delivery, including driving conclusions, overseeing deliverables, reviewing output produced by the team and presenting results
