Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst Jobs in Quebec

Strong working knowledge of a variety of endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM)

Manage the enterprise desktop environment, including firmware/software releases, system configuration and maintenance

Create, document and manage Microsoft Office for the enterprise

Seek consultation from the Supervisor, Technology Infrastructure Services or Manager, Technology Infrastructure Services where solutions are not within established practices

Experience with Windows operating system updates in an enterprise environment

Experience building desktop images using VMware virtualization platform

Monitor periodic financial and operating results and explain management plan variance

Work alongside management teams to assess and execute investment opportunities, capital projects or refinancing activities pursued by portfolio companies

Experience in the infrastructure and/or energy sectors including energy transition, considered an asset

Solid foundation in understanding of financial statements, good analytical skills and sound critical judgement

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively

A flexible hybrid work model with a mix of in-office and remote days based on business groups, teams, and roles
