Developing visual concepts and designs that align with our brand’s identity and meet the needs of our members

Load and tag assets into the Digital Asset Management system

Collaborate with the creative team, marketing/brand managers, and other stakeholders

Take direction from Creative Studio Leads and Brand Managers, and incorporate feedback

·Stellar portfolio demonstrating skills in ideation, layout/composition/colour, typography, and attention to detail. Must demonstrate expert typography skills.

·Excellent organization and communication skills

·Strong communication skills, fostering cross-functional partnerships and collaborative environments

3+ years of experience working as a graphic designer

Experience using Adobe tools to create marketing assets

Designing interactive PDF's, social content and email banners, amongst other deliverable types.

Working in a collaborative team environment to exceed expectations and ensure deadlines are met.

Partnering with marketing, sales, and partner teams to produce excellent assets.

Produce high-quality assets that appeal to the appropriate target market

Minimum of 3 years experience, agency experience is a plus

Advanced skills in Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator and XD

Strong communication skills to present and defend your ideas

An understanding that branding relies on both consistency and relevancy

An appreciation that concepts are conceptual, but pixels need to be perfect

Strong Design foundation and portfolio

Must have a brand & graphic design background or experience in similar roles

Responsible for communicating with our CEO & Team of expert Socialistas

Collaborating with our team on client accounts & creating personalized graphics and designs for our clients

Joining us in studio on shoot days (must be able to travel throughout the GTA)

Following the creative direction from our CEO & bringing iconic brands to life through logo & brand identity design

Creating custom graphics and assets as needed for both our agency & clients
