Proven experience with escalation and issue management

Manage service deliverables through our 3rd party support vendor

5+ years experience in a senior support role

Previous experience supporting Financial Institutions is an asset

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Experience in setting and maintaining KPIs

Familiarity with basic business process management activities (process mapping, improvement, implementation, etc.)

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax changes and rules; utilize all available data and resources to make and support complex decisions

Support other teams, including Customer Success and Finance as a payroll subject matter expert

Demonstrable working knowledge of annual wage bases, employee and employer taxes, and accrual rules

Execute day-to-day operations for Justworks’ payroll system, such as processing and reviewing customer payroll and handling corrections

Monitor payments processing, triage and resolve incoming payroll related issues

3 + years of people management and/or leadership experience is required

Manage Global Education content across all internal company platforms

Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshop guides, cheat sheets and other global education materials

Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements, coaching and support the design and delivery of training initiatives within the field

Foster effective collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional leadership, regional field education, brand, scientific communications, store operations, etc.

Excellent written, editorial and verbal communication skills

Oversee daily cash management to ensure accurate reporting and analysis in conjunction with weekly/monthly cash forecast.

Excellent computer skills: advanced experience with Excel required.
