The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. They are also responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the organization. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
• Developing and maintaining financial models and reports
• Assisting in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Analyzing financial data and providing financial guidance and support to the organization
• Developing and implementing internal controls and procedures
• Assisting in the preparation of audit reports
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns
Job Skills Required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
