10+ years of experience in an planning role

Expert level knowledge of Primavera

Previous experience handling high volume of databases

Previous experience managing a portfolio of projects

Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to present to senior level stakeholders

Assembly and management of the project consultant team

Identify the consultant requirements for each project; as well as preparing and submitting requests for fee proposals

Review and evaluate consultant proposals and create fee proposal comparisons for managerial and executive review.

Creating reports and presentations for managerial and executive review on project status updates.

Masters Degree in Urban Planning, City Studies, Geography, Public Policy, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in Development Planning Processes
