Serves in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution -sales, -delivery (implementation, validation & education) and -use.

Configures or manages the configuration of Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment.

Competent in usage of internal tools: SFDC, MR eye, Protocol manager etc.

Certification as a Radiology Technician

Meet with clients to conduct requirements gathering and perform data validation activities (may be over teleconference).

Facilitate data review sessions with Physicians, Clinic leads and Clinic resources

Document issues that arise during data validation by the Clinics; ensure issues are resolved prior to go-live.

Assess impacts and trends of potential client pain points to propose possible solutions to the data team.

Must excel in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and time management skills are required for success

Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and or re-route to other departments as required

Maintain knowledge articles for publishing on the support portal for customers to find frequently asked questions

Degree, or Post-Secondary Education -Information Technology, or related technical field preferred

Experience in a technical support position an asset

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels

Advanced: 3 to 5+ years of trial management experience.

The efficient management of local vendors

Proactive risk management and budget forecasting

Timely review of trip reports submitted by Site Managers

A minimum of a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or relevant clinical experience is required

At least 2 years of Oncology experience required

Develops annual plans to implement education programs & product training initiatives for internal colleagues and healthcare systems.

Provides leadership, technical mentoring & clinical training to new hire ASP Canada Sales team members & Clinical Education Consultants, where required.

Plans, develops, and implements customer educational programs to meet current and future customer needs.

Serves as the Sr. Clinical Education Consultant representative on ASP committees/initiatives.

Experience delivering presentations at regional/national level required.

Certification in Perioperative Nursing (CNOR) or Medical Device Reprocessing or Endoscopy preferred.
