Education - Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Event Management or related field, or equivalent experience preferred

Event Experience - Minimum 5 year experience in Hospitality/Event Management

Experience working with a variety of data management systems an asset

Creation, management and reconciliation of budgets, final accounting of project revenues and expenses

Manage and coordinate all suppliers and other third parties

Manage supplier RFPs, negotiations and contracts & services

Demonstrated experience in corporate and business strategy or management consulting roles

Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI

Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor

Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills

Confident meeting and facilitation skills

Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic & planning discussions

Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams

Manage large-scale data analytics client engagements in a global delivery model

Work with business executives to understand business requirements and constraints for the success of the program.

Collaborating with business / IT stakeholders and product managers to ideate software

>15 years of professional work experience with greater than 10 years in the technology consulting space focusing on data and analytics

Prior experience in engaging with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approach

Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams

Manage large-scale data analytics client engagements in a global delivery model

Work with business executives to understand business requirements and constraints for the success of the program.

Collaborating with business / IT stakeholders and product managers to ideate software

>13 years of professional work experience with greater than 10 years in the technology consulting space focusing on data and analytics

Prior experience in engaging with executive/VP-level stakeholders from the client’s team to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution approach

Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics

Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills

Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders and levels of management in individual and group facilitation sessions

Prosci Change Management or other recent change management certification and/or Certified Management Consultant Certification are assets

Execute business planning, feasibility studies, strategic planning, operational planning, program review, program re-designs, financial analysis and other forms of management consulting

Design new business processes and operating models based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings

Demonstrated project management skills given that this role involves managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Previous experience in a management consulting firm

Lead advisory engagements and manage teams in execution of projects and career mentorship

Where employee is a subject matter expert, provide knowledge sharing, coaching and training across functional teams and/or regions

Executive presence including excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate at all levels within large organizations

Prior experience working with Canadian bank and other financial institutions is a plus
