Senior Business Intelligence Specialist Jobs in Ontario

Minimum of 3+year experience in therapeutic areas such as Vaccines and 3+year in Products being promoted to Specialists.

Knowledge of IQVIA databases, products and services

Strong communication and influencing without authority skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions.

Excellent interpersonal skills for interactions with high-profile stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Knowledge and experience using shared folders and working with collaborations tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

Experience with low code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform

Experience developing and implementing business intelligence solutions such as Microsoft Power BI.

Experience with SQL and No SQL database technologies.

Experience assessing information and system needs of clients, and assist in the development of improved, cost-effective solutions.

Experience designing and developing alternatives based on business/client needs and provide recommendations on solutions.

University degree with related experience in Computer Science, Management or related field

Experience managing/ leading large BI projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.

Experience in translating business requirements into effective Business Intelligence solutions.

Knowledge of SharePoint and experience in developing web forms in .Net

Good presentation skills with solid communication capabilities and practices, both oral and written.

Experience coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.

5+ years of experience in the data management discipline covering the data development, reporting, and analytics space.

Project management orientation to lead short and long-term BI projects into fruition.

Effective communicator with facilitation and conflict resolution skills and an ability to lead a group of diverse stakeholders through decision-making processes.

In-depth knowledge of data marts and data design/architecture concepts.

Experience in technology companies and/or telecom networks is a strong asset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
